Antique, Victorian, an exquisitely carved amethyst cameo pendant with a diamond and natural pearl surround. A filigree, pearl and rose-cut diamond border frames the carving of a female head and shoulders in profile. The articulated pendant loop is also decorated with graduating half pearl accents. There is a small fracture to the cameo (on the hair) visible at 10x magnification. The pendant measures 40 mm x 32 mm (excluding loop) and comes in fitted presentation case. Gross weight of pendant 18.5 g.
