Shipping & Return Policy
MiMi Jewellery ships to both UK and international addresses. We are pleased to be able to offer free delivery to our UK clients, as well as an option to collect in person at our offices at the London Diamond Bourse in Hatton Garden, for those who just can’t wait! For security purposes, all our deliveries require a signature, so please ensure that there is somebody at the delivery address to collect the parcel. Our standard UK delivery service is Royal Mail Special Delivery, which should see your parcel landing on your doorstep the day after you place your order.
MiMi Jewellery spreads its magic far and wide – we can ship our jewellery anywhere in the world! International delivery and insurance charges do vary though (we have to insure every parcel we send) so please do bear this in mind and get in touch if you have any questions. Please note that international orders may also be subject to customs or import duties once the order reaches its destination country.
We are confident that you will love any jewellery that you buy from us. However, if you do wish to return an item, you will be responsible for any return shipping and delivery charges. Items must be returned within three days of receipt, and we require written notification of your intention to return an item within this same timeframe (3 days). Please note that we will only accept returns for jewellery providing the item is returned in its original condition and original packaging (ie. jewellery box/pouch etc.). If the customer requested that the item be modified, personalised or customised in any way before the item was shipped, this item will not be eligible for return. Once the item has been returned to us and a quality control inspection has been passed, a refund will be processed.
