A fine Victorian eighteen carat gold, diamond and natural saltwater pearl pendant with a detachable brooch fitting. Designed as a flower head, the central pearl is bordered by rose cut diamonds, with a further double row of pearls creating the petals. This finely crafted jewel can be worn as a brooch or a pendant. The brooch fitting can be completely removed with a simple screw mechanism, alternatively, the pendant fitting is hinged and folds away neatly when worn as a brooch. However it is worn, this jewel is a beautiful and fine example of Victorian elegance and craftsmanship. 12 x Rose cut diamond, approximate total weight 0.25 carats, assessed colour 25 x Natural sea water pearls, dimension from 5.0 mm to 2.5 mm
