An 18 carat gold chain link necklace suspending a full gold sovereign coin dated 1912. The reverse of the sovereign coin depicts King George V in profile, the front shows St George slaying a dragon from his horse. Beside the sovereign pendant, the necklace also suspends a short length of chain with a bar terminal and it fastens securely with a clip at the nape of the neck. British Hallmarked Chester 1915, Sponsor Mark "S.L" Chain length 42 cm without the pendant.
