A very special antique oval locket dating from circa 1880 from the Victorian period.
Fashioned from 15ct yellow gold, the front features a beautiful star inlaid with 9 seed pearls and blue enamel border.
 
The back is also highly decorated with diamond cut engravings in unique patterning.
The inside is clean with the left side inset with removable glass panel, the right hand side with a brushed gold finish.
