The insert hidden box-clasp itself set with beautiful yellow gold flower with a deep navy blue sapphire centre and two borders of diamond petals. The centrepiece is a oval aquamarine, with three yellow gold bands with white diamonds strapped around it, a deep blue sapphire in the middle, dangling off a blood ruby with diamond yellow gold shoulders.
