A striking and elegant necklace composed of a series of cabochon-cut circular chrysophrase (is a gemstone variety of chalcedony) set in 18 carat yellow gold, with old-cut diamond spacers and articulated links. The front of this show-stopping necklace suspends five graduating pear-shaped chalcedony briolette drops, also with diamond spacers, the diamonds bezel-set in 18 carat white gold. The chalcedony in this necklace is an exceptionally strong, translucent green colour - stones of this hue and saturation are particularly rare and difficult to find! 23 x Rose and Old-European ct diamonds, approximate total weight 1.20 carats Measurements: the necklace is 40 cm long and the average diameter of the circular cabochons is approx. 9.8 mm. The largest, central briolette measures 14.8 mm in length.
